A Rant to My “Loyal” Representatives…

No idea if this will reach the ears of the intended, but this is a RANT to the following South Carolina reps who sit in the US House of Representatives:

Mick Mulvaney
Trey Gowdy
Jeff Duncan
Tim Scott
Joe Wilson

You five are perhaps the most idiotic individuals I have ever heard of. You voted “Yes” for the CISPA bill? Did ANY of you even READ this proposed law before you pushed the bill along? Because I highly doubt it. This law will give large companies and the United States Military virtually UNLIMITED powers to spy on any and every thing we do while on the internet. A guy messages his girlfriend on skype to say he loves her? They can read every detail. An army wife sends her husband a sexual letter to cheer him up while he’s on duty? Someone in an office gets to read it, and will probably save a copy for himself. The point I am trying to make here is that this law itself is ridiculous. It is the most blatant attempt yet to close an iron glove over what we can do on the internet. Now I don’t know who your corporate sponsors are, but you need to understand that you don’t hold those positions to line your pockets or get sweet insider deals. You were elected into the positions you currently have in order to vote as we the people of this state wish you to. You either don’t care about your constituents, or you are morons, because I have personally spoken to hundreds of people in this state, from all walks of life, as well as checked online and found that the few people who were even aware of this law you were all trying to slip under our noses were appalled by the bill. And for the record, not even ONE person I have spoken to was in favor of this law. And that brings me to my final point. You have no right to make a decision for us on a bill that has this much of an impact on our lives and privacy without our consent. ESPECIALLY when you politicians did everything you could to prevent the media outlets from informing the American people what you were trying to do behind our backs. I am making it known right here and now, that I do not, and will never, support any law that attempts to govern how we access the internet, or control our use of it. We are the citizens of the United States. Without us, you are nothing. And we will not sit idly by while you steal of civil liberties. If you will not vote as we wish you to, then perhaps we will replace you with someone more capable. If I wanted someone who ignores my wishes, I’d let my cat vote for me.

Please tell me what you all think. I’m not really sure what this is going to become, I just happened to write it down when it came to me.

She’s looking toward me with

hostile intentions, what the hell?

She fucks around with someone else.

Don’t understand it, why

doesn’t she even recognize

that all the cheating and the lies

have made her nothing in my eyes?

But I’d turn it all around

and change the course of this direction,

I know we can’t obtain perfection,

but I won’t die without a sound,

of vengeful protest.

I’d say to hell with all the rest

of all the assholes and the pricks

cause I don’t need their pointless tricks

I didn’t sell my soul for this!

But I digress,

She didn’t pass the only test

that ever mattered,

and she has shattered,

Everything.

Reasonably

I sense an attraction

to the tempting satisfaction

of shooting him in the fucking head

Impossibly

this maddening distraction,

my stuttering reaction

to the sight of you lying naked in his bed.

I was trying to get you out of my mind

I was sick of your lies

and the sight of your eyes

longing for every other guy

who just happened to pass by.

You’re a sexy seductress

a hungering succubus

dripping with lust

and irresistible charms

While I want a quiet life

you tug on the knife

by leaping into another’s arms.

I’ve had enough,
